Investigation and review completed. No evidence was collected to validate the experiences of the residents. Most claims we were able to find natural explanations for the majority of claims. Case Closed

Case 03-2011 Return to Schuyler Lake Private Residence
Joint investigation with New York State Paranormal Research.
A return to this home provided us with even more evidence including personal experiences by the staff. Open Case
Case 04-2011 Private Residence Oneida NY
Investigation and review completed. The historical claims of the building were validated. A "sensitive" from eastern oneida county contacted us and provided a written remote "viewing" of the site, a week before the investigation. The owner was able to validate 1 or 2 of the items listed in the "viewing". No evidence was collected to validate owners claims. Case Closed
Case 05-2011 Private Residence East Utica NY
Investigation and review completed. No evidence was collected to support the resident's claims. Case Closed.
Case 06-2011 Private Residence Frankfort NY
Investigation and review complete. No evidence to support claims were found but we discovered an abnormally large EMF field that "encapsulated" the entire home. The source of the EMF field originated in the basement and was possibly caused by improper earth grounding of the home electrical system and cable systems. Unless invited back case is considered closed.
Case 07-2011 Return to Erie Canal Village (Ongoing)
Case 08-2011 1 & 3 Rutger Ave, Utica NY
VPI was invited to assist with a multiple building investigation on this site. These mansions each have a remarkable history and one has ties to post civil war politics, President U.S. Grant, Samuel Morse (inventor of the morse code), E. Remington among others. Review of data has provided potential evidence of activity at both buildings. Case Open.
